Jug Mountain is always such a fun race. We love it every year. This was no exception. The camping is always great. We got our favorite spot again so that was great. The kids ran around and had tons of fun and pre ride was great. We didn’t like what they did to the ending. So dumb. But what can you do????? I’m sure it’s a safety thing.
We love our sprinter van and how convenient it is for these races.
Takeshi hung out in this outfit almost for the whole two days.
Yuki hung out with Emery when she could. His parents are super strict with his time. His dad even came banging on the van door to demand where Emery was. So that’s weird.
Everyone has a great race. Takeshi came in 9th and his teammates were 8th and 7th. It was pretty awesome.
He was really happy.
Yuki had her best race yet. She came in seventh and was pumped. They pulled out most of the girls thought for their third lap which was weird and she was bummed.
She crushed it though and felt amazing.

Emiko did awesome too and didn’t come last. She actually did really well. She seemed happy with her race as well. It’s a great venue.

This was later that night back at our place. The boys were all playing in the back yard.
It was a really fun weekend. Proud of all the kids.
