Trick or Treat

 So this Halloween was a little different because Dru was out of town.  We dropped him off at the airport at 5:30pm to head off to Las Vegas for a continuing education business law class for two days.
It'll be really good for him, but it just sucked that we couldn't find any flights late enough or early enough for him to be able to make it to the course AND have Halloween with his family.  Oh well.
We got the kids dressed up so he could at least see them before he headed out.
Here's Yuki as a pumpkin, again Yuki being very easy for us.

 Takeshi was the dinosaur this year which suited us right down to the ground.
Warm, cute and easy.

 Masaru, of course, was an Allblack.  I think he looked awesome.  Look at all those different faces he's pulling.
I thought he was quite a solid boy but look at those scrawny legs!!!

 We put Emiko in this cute flower outfit.
I mean honestly.........have you seen a cuter flower?
I haven't.

I didn't teach him this, actually maybe it's a football pose?  Who knows.  I should ask him instead of guessing.

We went to our church and had a 'trunk or treat' there.  I brought the neighbours along with me.  Then after they filled their pumpkins we emptied them out then walked as a little gang around the streets until we were over it.  Here they all are.
They had an awesome time and Emiko did great in the pram and it wasn't even that cold.
It was a great night, we missed Dad, but it ended up not being too bad for mum, and that counts for something when doing it on your own.
