So in my sixth episode of my podcast I had a conversation with Joseph who's a marine. He goes to church with me and him and his wife are good friends of ours. It was awesome to talk to him and he was my families favourite episode to date. They couldn't get enough of him. They want me to bring him back. So I'll have to have him circle back on of these times. I had to break his episode up into two parts cause he just has too many stoires.
I'm glad he agreed to come on and share his story. Well part of his story a least. I think what he shared was simply the tip of the iceburg.
We had Tristan over the other week. He was from my childhood. He lived in Gore when we lived in Invercargill and Dunedin. We went to the same church. Crazy right? He's in Boise now. What are the chances? Slim alright. Anyway he came over and had dinner with us and has come over since and introduced us to his daughter as well. We played board games with them and hung out.
He's coaching rugby for the jr. high kids, which is much needed. So I'm glad we're in touch and he's doing well.
Then check out this awesome view from the national parks. I mean how beautiful is that? I'm so amazed that people capture these views.
Love it.
